Foundations - Your Strong Yoga Base

Foundations is a 3 day per week practice plan designed to help you build a strong, sustainable yoga base. Each class builds on the last, so your body has time to adapt, gain strength, and improve mobility without feeling overwhelmed. This is structured, not random, so you can stay consistent and feel the difference in your workouts and daily movement.
