You’ll start by learning how to safely cartwheel out, then progress to confident kickups at the wall. From there, you’ll develop strength and control with half tuck drills, first with support and then exploring balance. Each class is just 10 minutes — designed to help you build the foundations of a steady handstand you can grow from.
