Hip Strength + Headstand (30)

This class helps to build stronger hips (especially hip flexors) as it builds to headstand. Practice near a wall if you could use that support (a great prop!) & work on your favorite variation. This class does not include a headstand workshop, it assumes this is already a pose in your practice or that you are working on.
