This is not a yoga flow, but instead a focused stretching with yoga poses to help you open your shoulders, back & neck. These areas are often tighter than we'd like, especially with all the sitting we do, so your body will thank you for taking this class.
And if you're working on poses where open shoulders are helpful - binds, forearm stand, handstands - then you're going to want to add to this schedule more regularly.
