This 4-week practice plan is designed to help you build strong, capable shoulders while improving mobility where you actually need it.
You’ll work through a mix of short, effective classes (10-35 minutes) that focus on strength through range of motion, shoulder stability under load, and controlled mobility that supports how you train & move day-to-day.
Expect a balance of effort and recovery, including Rocket-style flows, backbends, playful exploration like Bird of Paradise and Pincha, plus a yin or restorative class each week to help you reset and recover.
This is not random yoga. It’s a structured plan for active bodies who want to feel less stiff, move with more confidence, and show up ready for their next workout or adventure.
